Job Title: Sales Closer   

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus commission (Six-Figure Earning Potential)

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Closer to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, high-reward role perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

 

You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients by showcasing the value of our services, helping entrepreneurs save taxes, increase profits, and streamline business operations. With a steady flow of leads generated through our extensive social media presence, you’ll have the tools and resources to achieve high success.

 

This is a six-figure earning potential role, with significant commission and bonus opportunities for top performers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Closing: Convert warm leads into clients by effectively presenting our Tax Efficiency Audit and Business Optimisation Audit services.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and track all activities in our CRM system to ensure smooth and consistent progress.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services and solutions, including tax strategies and business optimisation techniques, to clearly communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations, addressing client concerns and showing the tangible benefits of our services.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals confidently, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years in a B2B sales or closing-focused role, ideally within consulting, accountancy, or similar professional services.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts and solutions clearly, tailoring your message to entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • Sales Closing Ability: Strong track record of closing high-value sales, especially in a professional services environment.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to understand clients’ unique challenges and present personalized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel) to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and committed to meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confidence in handling objections and negotiating terms to reach a successful agreement.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Degree or relevant professional qualifications in sales, business, or related fields.
  • Experience: Background in selling professional services, particularly tax-related or business consulting, is an advantage.
  • Desirable: Understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with common business challenges.

Remuneration Package:

  • Base Salary: £25,000 per annum, paid monthly.
  • Six-Figure Earning Potential: With your base salary, competitive commission, and performance bonuses, the earning potential in this role can exceed £100,000 annually for top performers.

Post-Probation:

  • Performance-Based Bonus Scheme: A competitive bonus structure based on sales performance, with the potential for additional incentives.
